Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Items purchased in auctions are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will vary based on the return location, ranging from €10 (99SEK) to (299SEK) €30.

4. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at michael@honorequipment.se with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
